It has been a long time I was thinking of writing a better solution for the treatment of curing diabetes and meantime found nice Ayurveda tips to cure diabetes. However, I have not used this, but the person who referred me to use this has used this on himself and got benefited from this. So, after getting a satisfying reply from the user, I decided to write this article.

Let me tell you before you further proceed that you need only three ingredients to make this medicine at your home. These items are available at your home all the time or you can buy these three items from your local market if not av available at your home.

INDRA JAU
Commonly known as: bitter oleander, cavessi bark, common holarrhena, coneru, conessi bark, dysentery rose bay, easter tree, ivory tree, kurchi bark, Tellicherry bark, white angel • Hindi: karva indrajau, kurchi, kutaja, inderjau,indarjau, inder jau, Indar jau, • Assamese: dhulkari, dudkhuri • Bengali: kurchi, kutaja • Gujarati: drowda, kudakari•Kannada: koodsaloo, korchie • Konkani: kudo • Malayalam: kutakappaala • Marathi: indrajav, kodaga, kodaga pala, kutaja,pandhra kuda • Oriya: kherwa, korwa, kurwa, pitakorwa • Punjabi: keor, kewar • Sanskrit: indrayava, kutaja, sakraparyaaya, sakraasana, vatsaka • Tamil: kirimllikai, kutaca-p-palai, mlaimllikai • Telugu: girimallika, kodisepala, kolamukku, kondamalle, kutajamu.
Indrajao is a deciduous shrub or a small tree, growing up to 3 ms high. The short stem has pale bark and several branches. Oppositely arranges, ovate, obtusely acuminate leaves are 10-20 cm long. Leaf stalks are very short. White flowers appear in corymb-like cymes, 5-15 cm across, at the end of branches. Flowers have five white petals 2-3 cm long which turn creamish yellow as they age. The flowers are beautiful with oblong petals which are rounded at the tip and remind one of frangipani.

Medicinal uses: It is a medicinal plant in Ayurveda. One of its botanical synonyms Holarrhena antidysenterica says it all. It is one of the best drugs for Diarrhoea. In chronic diarrhea & to check blood coming from the stool, it should be given with Isobgol, castor oil or Indrayav. According to Ayurveda, the bark is useful in the treatment of piles, skin diseases, and biliousness. The bark is used externally in case of skin troubles. The bark is mostly mixed with cow urine and applies it in affected parts. In the treatment of urinary troubles, the bark is given with cow milk. The fresh juice of bark is considered good to check diarrhea. In Bleeding piles Decoction of Kutaj bark with sunshine checks mucus & blood. The application of this herb is useful in Rh. Arthritis & Osteoarthritis.

ALMOND

Almonds are storehouses of nutrition; of all the tree nuts, they have the highest amounts of proteins, fibers, calcium and vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin) and E. They are naturally low in sugar and unhealthy fats. Almonds help prevent cardiovascular diseases, promote gastrointestinal health, aids in weight loss, and helps prevent hair loss.

Fiber: 3.5 grams.
Protein: 6 grams.
Fat: 14 grams (9 of which are monounsaturated).
Vitamin E: 37% of the RDA.
Manganese: 32% of the RDA.
Magnesium: 20% of the RDA.
They also contain a decent amount of copper, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and phosphorus.
Almonds are among the world’s best sources of vitamin E, with just one ounce providing 37% of the recommended daily intake.

Medicinal uses: Almond oil is antioxidant, restorative (restores health, strength, or well-being), demulcent (relieves irritation of the mucous membranes in the mouth by forming a protective film), anodyne (pain relieving), sudorific (sweat causing) and slightly laxative. It is an excellent moisturizer and lubricant. Almond oil contains 95 percent unsaturated and only 5 percent saturated fatty acids. In which 77 percent is oleic acid;17 percent linoleic acid;4.5 percent palmitic and 1 percent is myristic acid. Almond oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E, D, minerals, protein, biotin, zinc and folic acid.

ROASTED CHANA

Roasted gram / pottukadala is a very popular snack in India. Roasted gram is known by various names across India like pottukdalai, pottukadala, porikadala, etc. Like all the other varieties of legumes, the roasted gram is also rich in protein, fiber, minerals, and fatty acids. Roasted gram is very low in calorie and rich in iron.

preparation method

You have to take all these three items Indrajau, Almond and Roasted Chana in equal quantity. Say about 100 gms each. Then mix them and put in a grinder and grind it well to make it smooth powder. All these items will mix together well when you grind them well. Once it is made powder stop the grinder and store that in an airtight container.

how to consume?

Once you have the powder, take a spoon (tablespoon) and consume 1 spoon daily after meal. You need to take only once a day.
